Brief & Scope
We start by understanding what you need, where you need to go and what success looks like. We assess feasibility, locations and budget before we start moving.
Working across Africa can mean managing a different fixer, crew and set of suppliers in every country. Stringbean gives you one experienced team, one standard and one point of accountability — from the first recce to the final wrap.
From finding the right location to getting the crew through the gate, we handle the details that make filming in Africa possible. Location scouting, permits, government liaison, security, transport, accommodation and local crew coordination — managed by one experienced team.

When you need more than a fixer, we can take the production from pre-production through to wrap. Budgets, schedules, crew, equipment, logistics and local production — managed by one experienced team with the knowledge to keep things moving when the unexpected happens.

We source and vet the people and equipment your production needs, wherever the shoot takes you. From experienced local crew to camera, grip, lighting and sound, we build the right technical package for each production and manage the logistics of getting it where it needs to be. For larger or specialist requirements, we work with trusted technical partners including Visual Impact for broadcast engineering and camera systems, and Stratosphere for specialist sound — alongside a wider network of suppliers across Africa and internationally.

One team managing a production that moves across borders — with consistent standards, crew, logistics and accountability from country to country. We handle the permits, customs, carnets and cross-border logistics, so you don't have to rebuild your production network every time you cross a border.

When the shoot wraps, we can connect you with some of the best post-production talent and facilities in the world. From editing, colour grading and sound design to mastering and delivery, we work with trusted post-production partners to carry your project from rushes to final masters.

The less glamorous side of production, and one of the most important. We coordinate insurance, health and safety, visas, wildlife interaction permits, emergency planning and the compliance required to keep people safe and productions moving.

We turn the plan into a workable production — locations, permits, crew, equipment, accommodation and logistics, with safety and budget built in from the start.
This is where experience matters. Our team manages the moving parts on the ground, keeps the production on brief and on budget, and solves problems as they arise.
We coordinate trusted post-production partners through editing, grading, sound and delivery, keeping the project in experienced hands through to final masters.
