The production set out to put a high-performance sports car up against one of Africa’s fastest predators. It required a secure location near Cape Town that could accommodate the cars, trained cheetahs, specialist filming equipment and an international crew, all while allowing the action to be captured safely.
Stringbean Films managed the production from pre-production through filming, coordinating crew visas, accommodation, local production staff and logistics. We sourced specialist drone operators and equipment, arranged the high-performance vehicles, secured trained cheetahs and experienced animal handlers, and ensured the location could safely accommodate every element of the shoot.
The production brought together two very different kinds of speed in a tightly controlled filming environment. Stringbean delivered the specialist people, locations and logistics needed to make the concept work safely and effectively, while giving the international team the freedom to focus on capturing the action.
